Water, snacks (especially for kids or long days), touch-up items like lip balm or hair ties, and anything you want photographed (like a bouquet or special keepsake).

WHAT TO BRING

Golden hour is my favorite time to shoot for that soft, dreamy light. I keep an eye on the forecast and will always reach out if we need to shift the timing.

WEATHER + LIGHT

If you don’t have a spot in mind, I’ll recommend a few based on your style and goals. Whether it’s somewhere meaningful to you or just beautiful light, we’ll find the perfect backdrop.

LOCATION VIBES

Choose outfits you feel good in and that match the vibe of the shoot (think: neutral tones, no bold logos, and textures that photograph well). Need help? I’ve got you—just ask and I’ll send some inspo.

PREP TIPS

Bring a few essentials to stay comfortable—water, light snacks, a few touch-up items (like lip balm or powder), and anything personal you’d like photographed, like rings or a bouquet.

what to bring

I’ll guide you through natural prompts and posing, so there’s nothing to memorize or prepare. Just show up, follow my lead, and we’ll take it from there.

during the session

Be on time and ready to go. Showing up a few minutes early helps us settle in and start on the right foot. I’ll handle the flow of the session from there.

Little Things That Make a Big Difference

COMMUNICATION

Have questions? Need something? Here’s how to reach me.

One of the key factors contributing to a successful session is
communication. So without further ado.

To keep everything organized, I kindly ask that all communication stays in one place. Messages can easily get lost in DMs, so sticking to email or text (whichever you prefer) helps me respond faster and keep track of the details.

Tagging is everything

Adding filters or adjusting the colors can distort the look and feel of the images and misrepresent my work. I totally get the urge to match your aesthetic—but I promise I’ve already edited them to look their best.

02

refrain from filters

Part of my process includes thoughtful editing that brings each image to life in a way that reflects my creative vision. Raw files are unfinished and don’t represent the quality or style I stand behind—so I never deliver them.
